Hello and welcome. My name is Matt Clark and I am Head chef of a casual fine dining restaurant in Perth, Western Australia who hosts a Modern Australian menu with a high influence of native Australian produce.
After travelling through Europe, the UK and working all over Australia, I have developed my own cuisine that is quite experimental in the uses of foods that Australia has provided us.
I am slowly bringing attention to these products in the Western Suburbs of Australia through radio interviews, magazine and newspaper articles, and by bringing forward a creative menu for all to indulge in.
